If you can see the tiny tea candle Nana is blowing out, you have good sight! I forgot the candles and found that one in the house. We had a very belated 60th Birthday celebration for Nana, Jalena helped Mommy decorate the cake.
Jalena and David's new favorite toy/activity.....playing hide and seek in the sleeping bag, David calls it the tent!
Nana insisted on buying the kids new bathrobes at the KIKOY shop at the Junction and the smallest size they had for David will really fit him in another year, right now he looks like a little boxer with it down to the floor and he loves to jump around in it, just the way a boxer does. Jalena just thinks she is the queen bee in hers, she is too cute! She had Michelle hair the night they got them, she also loves being called Michelle, that is for Michelle Obama!
The kids finished their last week of school for this term today. They both go back on September 1st, so we get lots of play time for the next few weeks. Tomorrow we head off for another horse riding lesson, since we will miss a week of class when we head to the beach on Sunday for a week. Excited to get away again from the total chaos of Nairobi and forget about the adoption process for a bit of time. We will not have computer access while we are gone, so sorry if we don't respond to e-mails for a bit or there are no new pictures on the blog. I promise to post some when we return. Here are a few more pics from the last few days. Hope everyone is doing well.
